Skoda Fabia VRS

55 plate Fabia VRS, 1.9 asz engine, 6 speed manual gearbox, mot October 26, 151k miles with extensive service history Inc recent cambelt water pump etc.
Comes with cruise control, elec windows and mirrors etc.
This vrs is a rare beast, it comes with original rust free sills!
Tidy car overall with just a couple of small dents to show for it's time.
Mechanically very good, runs drives and stops as it should,
Has good quality coilover suspension making the handling superb, also has a twin pass front mount intercooler with hard pipes, egr delete and a nice map to set it all off, quick without being silly, surprisingly smooth and quiet drive too.
Only thing I've spotted on the downside is the passenger window doesn't work ATM,
Everything else working as it should.
Overall one of the better vrs' on the road, been well maintained and modestly modified.
2 sets of keys, v5 and all history, manuals all here.

The Joys of Selling Vehicles… 🚗

Selling vehicles really has become a masterclass in human psychology.

This week alone we’ve had the following:

• The “What’s your best price?” brigade – translation: “Please negotiate against yourself before I’ve even seen it.”🤪.

• The Budget Magicians – “It’s over my budget.” (…yet you rang about that advert 🤔🤣)

• The £500-Off-With-Free-Delivery Visionaries – at least we get to smile 😊.

Then the elite-level excuses:

• “Broke down on the way.” (The irony…)
• “My dog went missing.”
• “Got called into work.”
• “Changed my mind.” (Fair enough — at least that one’s honest 😅)

Let’s not forget the tyre kickers…
Bonnet up. Deep sigh. Sharp intake of breath.
By the end of the inspection you’d think the vehicle belonged on the scrap heap.

How about this lot …

• 1 cloned vehicle situation — criminal activity and attempted identity theft via “video calls” 🧐
• Late-night messages: “Hi m8 still available?” — 11:47pm.
Reply at 11:48pm. Silence forever 😅
• Early morning negotiators who believe 6:32am is prime business hour.
• The joy of being 24/7 “on call.” 😴

And yet…can I be guilty of the same behaviour - no not me - I’d like to think not 🤫🤣 well maybe in the early days the temptation could have been there 🤷‍♂️- but practice what you preach 🙏

Whatever …

Still standing.
Still selling.
Still smiling (mostly).

After many deals you develop superpowers:

✔ Smell a time-waster in 1 message.
✔ Translate nonsense into reality
✔ Spot a serious buyer in under 60 seconds
