2021 Volkswagen Touareg in for a service and brakes all round

Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace in for various faults, After a quick scan of the vehicle we found various codes relating to the J519 Body Control Module. After further diagnosis we found coolant had entered the wiring loom from the coolant expansion tank all the way back to the control module in the passenger footwell. Several wiring repairs needed along with a new control module.

Peugeot 308 in for EML on dash. After running a quick scan on the vehicle we traced the fault to a broken glow plug. New glow plug fitted and fault codes cleared.

We had this 2018 polo in with a complaint of the vehicles start stop system not working. After a quick diagnostic scan we found and open circuit fault stored. After a quick inspection we found a broken wire confirming the culprit of this fault. Wiring repair carried out and confirmed fault to be fixed.

Passat in for a knocking noise from the front end. While inspecting the vehicle we found a front shock absorber leaking excessively. New shock absorber fitted along with top mount and bearing.

2019 Volkswagen Tiguan in with a complaint of a knocking noise while going over bumps. After a quick visual inspection the cause was confirmed as a defective wishbone bush. Replaced bushes on both sides as good practice, fault now rectified.

Renault Megane RS in today with a customer complaint of a vibration while braking. Confirmed front brake discs to be warped. Replaced front brake discs and pads.

Golf R in today with a customer complaint of having to top coolant up every other day. After a quick visual inspection the fault was traced to a leaking thermostat housing.
