Experienced Vehicle Technician / Workshop Mechanic
We are a well-established, family-run car dealership with a strong reputation for quality, customer service, and looking after our staff. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Vehicle Technician / Workshop Mechanic to join our busy workshop team.

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics to a high standard, ensuring our customers receive a professional and reliable service.
Key Responsibilities
✅Carry out vehicle servicing and routine maintenance.
✅Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
✅Conduct vehicle inspections and identify additional work required.
✅Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
✅Use diagnostic equipment to investigate faults.
✅Ensure all work is completed in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards.
✅Accurately complete job cards and associated paperwork.
✅Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
✅Work effectively as part of a team to meet workshop targets and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
✅Essential - NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
✅Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Workshop Mechanic.
✅Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
✅Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✅Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
✅Full UK driving licence.
✅Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
✅Desirable
Experience working within a dealership environment.
Experience with diagnostic systems and modern vehicle technology.
