Alfa Romeo Stelvio 2.0 TB – 298bhp!

This MY2019 Stelvio came in for our custom ECU and TCU software. Its 2.0 GME T4 produced a healthy 218bhp on our dyno before tuning. After our Stage 1 tune, it made 298bhp and 350lbft — gains of 80bhp and 80lbft.

The 200hp version has plenty of headroom, and the extra torque should make a real difference on the road.

Our G87 M2 is RWD so this is NOT all about maximum power... it's about reliability on track and a very tailored power curve! We're not wanting the massive torque these can make but from 4,500rpm to the red line we want it unleashed...

Audi A1 30 TFSI – 141bhp!

An MY2020 Audi A1 30 TFSi on our dyno for a custom Stage 1 tune.

The turbocharged 1.0-litre engine produced a healthy 119bhp and 152lbft as standard. Our software delivered smooth gains throughout the rev range, taking it to 141bhp and 172lbft.

A gain of 22bhp and 20lbft makes a noticeable difference in a lightweight car like the A1!

BMW M135i (N55) – 407bhp!

An MY2015 BMW M135i on the dyno for our custom Stage 1 software.

Already fitted with an upgraded downpipe and intake, it produced a very healthy 342bhp in its baseline run. Our calibration delivered smooth, consistent gains throughout the rev range, taking the N55 to 407bhp and 433lbft.

That’s an increase of 65bhp and 86lbft. At this level, the factory fuelling system becomes the main limitation to extracting significantly more power.
