Meeting the limitation of the factory clutch we have now gone a upgraded Wagner clutch kit and more push push

A very different platform to tune compared to the automatics and trying to get past the torque limiter was challenging. As we were targeting torque numbers way beyond the factory clutch capabilities from the ramp up of boost. We now have lots of S58 development in the bag👌

The B58 never disappoints… 🔥

This MY2018 BMW M140i came in for our Stage 1 ECU calibration and left making a very healthy 432bhp. Already fitted with XHP TCU software, so this one was ECU tuning only — but the results speak for themselves.

The factory turbochargers are relatively small though, so these cars tend to become top-end power limited compared to what the M177 engine is really capable of.

Maserati Levante – 3.0 V6 Twin-Turbo – 462bhp!

This MY2018 Maserati Levante came in with the Ferrari-built F160 60° 3.0 V6 twin-turbo engine. Already the highest bhp of the family from factory so gains are not as impressive as the lower spec models but still a nice improvement over stock.
