When calling to make a booking or checking on the status of a vehicle with us
We are extremely busy, and shorter on staff than we would ideally like. We have seen over the first 4 months of the year this isnโt set to change any time soon, as a result we ask you work with us to be able to help you as best as is possible.

If you choose to call the workshop, use the new enquiry option. Call once and leave a voicemail if not answered. You can leave your contact details and message. You will get a return call as soon as someone is free to call you back and give you the necessary time to cover your enquiry without having โin front of them pressuresโ rushing the outcome.
If you choose to send us an e mail, head to our website where there is a self-service contact form where you can include all your information and requirements. Please allow up to 2 working days for us to respond with an appointment. This is the most effective method as more people can action this for you, however given our lead time is anywhere between 3-6 weeks for various workshop tasks this should be more than acceptable in turnaround time for your requirements.

Use the appropriate option when calling (vehicle on site). Please call once and leave a voicemail. Someone will come back to you as soon as they are free to do so.
Most of the time there is only one service advisor available. They have vehicles currently in the workshop they are looking after, preparing estimates and parts, customers collecting in person and going through their paperwork with them, all of this is time consuming and requires concentration on what is in front of them at the time. As a result, it is not always possible to take in bound calls as they happen.
