Another week, another ranger in for wet timing belt.

Transit and Ranger both in recently for new wet timing belts, we’ve done loads of transit belts over the years but the first time on this engine in a Ranger, same engine just a bit more time involved to remove the sump on rangers.
Ranger also getting a gearbox oil change at the same time.

Ford transit trail in for new timing wet belt kit

Skoda Octavia came in with poor heating in the cabin, after removing and cutting open the cabin heater matrix you can see it’s badly clogged & requiring replacing. New matrix fitted and full coolant system flush restored the heat in the cabin area making it nice and warm again.

We are recruiting a time served vehicle technician/mechanic, mot tester. Candidate must be time served, mot tester an advantage but not essential, must have technical knowledge and experience working in cars & lgv carrying out service repairs & mot’s to a professional and high standard.
