Media change day….. The most important thing to maintain quality and consistency. I see so many companies post pictures of their work and think they’ve used spent media for that job. It’s so easy to spot the difference between a job that’s tried to extend the life of their media vs a company that values the quality of their finish.
I track how many hours my media has been in use and change it out before quality is compromised. Experience and a keen eye tells me when the media is no longer going to deliver the finish I, and my customers, judge me by.
Before I invoice a customer I have to be happy the finish is to my high standards. Anything less simply will not do!

In reality a pair of Bings will take around four hours from start to finish.
A few previous owner bodges to work around & fix on this pair so took a little longer.
Now ready for another 40 years with a new custodian 👌

Two type’s of customers….. Those who send their parts by Evri in a washing up bowl 🙄🤣 And those that drive over an hour to hand deliver pre cleaned, individually bagged with a detailed list & photographed details….. Really looking forward to this job…. These parts will come up lovely with my finest grade media….. Video in comments.

Ps…. Washing up bowl & customers wife were reunited, but, the parts rather better wrapped and protected for the return journey 👍
