We value and cherish new and returning customers at New willow garage and when we hear one of the kindest, understanding and all-out perfect gentlemen has passed away it shook all of us to tears. Fred was an extraordinary man with such happiness and passion he lit up the garage whenever he arrived. He may have had a fault on the car knowing it was going to cost quite a bit of money or just a routine service, his smile would never go away. He asked how we all were doing, and you could tell instantly it was not just for conversation he was genuinely meaningful with his words and was delighted to hear if we were all ok. I do not want to go into too much detail about Fred for the families own respect hence only using his first name, but I cannot exaggerate enough. Fred was one of the nicest people I have ever met, he was a customer at this garage for well over 20 years and always came back time and time again smiling. COVID 19 is no joke and it can take people’s lives away so easily as it did to this fine impression of a gentleman.
From all of us at New Willow Garage our hearts call out to the entire family on such a sudden and tragic loss, we are always here for you and will have memories of Fred to set an example of how nice a person can be.
