Yamaha forks and shock through our Vixen today.

Another great example of how precise and caring we are with all of our work.
The media in our machine is hard enough to clean the aluminium back to new condition, but soft enough to also restore the rubber without any damage at all, it doesn’t even take the stickers off. 🤩

Come and see our amazing set up , we have the latest Vixen Aquablast 1215 using a fine grade of recycled glass media.
The machine cleans using a slurry of water and glass, there is no heat generated and the water acts as a lubricants giving an almost polished finish. It’s so safe, rubber parts like CV boots can be left on, in fact, it restores the rubber too.
We also have a Vixen dry blast machine for a stage 1 cleaning of painted or heavily corroded parts.
We even have a Vixen industrial hot wash degreasing machine, perfect for degreasing parts up to a meter long.

Before and after photos are great but sometimes it’s good to see parts mid-clean.
These parts are off to BTG Performance for their open day on Sunday.
They’re so clean they look painted - we promise they are all bone dry with just a wipe down after coming out of our machine 😅
