Congratulations to Morgan Robinson who passed his driving test today and the second FIRST time of the the day at Newcastle under Lyme Driving Test, which has made one very happy instructor. You've worked really hard to achieve your goal and I hope to see you out on the roads soon. 🚗 WHO REMEMBERS THIS? 🚗
As we continue celebrating 30 years of Intuition Driver Training, we're taking another trip down memory lane!
Long before apps and everything going digital, every Intuition learner received their very own paper driving manual. 📘
Inside were their lesson appointments, progress charts, driving diagrams and plenty of questions and answers to help them develop their knowledge and prepare for their driving test.
It went everywhere with the learner — and usually became well-thumbed by the time test day arrived! 😊

1996–2026 | How It Started vs How It’s Going 🚗
30 years of Intuition Driver Training!
When we started back in 1996, driving instruction looked very different — paper manuals, handwritten lesson records and progress sheets, and plenty of paperwork!
Fast-forward to 2026 and we’ve gone digital. 📱 Today we use the Total Drive app to manage lessons, pupil records and progress, alongside our YouTube training videos to help pupils learn between lessons.
The technology has changed, the cars have certainly changed… but our commitment to helping people become safe, confident drivers remains exactly the same.
1996 → 2026. 30 years of Intuition Driver Training.
Same passion. New generation. 🚘🎉

What a way to start the week after the bank holiday break. A FIRST time pass from Poppy Palmer with 4 minors. An excellent drive Poppy and you should be really proud of your achievement today. This September, we're celebrating a very special milestone — 30 years of Intuition Driver Training! 🚗💙

Established in 1996, we've spent three decades helping people gain the skills, confidence and independence that learning to drive can bring.

The cars have changed, the roads have changed and driver training has certainly changed — but our commitment to providing quality driving tuition has remained the same.

Throughout September, we'll be looking back at some memories, celebrating our pupils and instructors, and looking ahead to the future of Intuition.

Thank you to everyone who's been part of our journey.
