**Job Title: Front-of-House Member**
**Location:** ELK Motorsport Karting Track, Opposite Newark Showground
**Job Description:**
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Front-of-House Member to join our team at ELK Motorsport Karting Track. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience while ensuring the smooth operation of our karting facility.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the karting track.
- Provide information on our karting services, pricing, and safety protocols.
- Handle bookings and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Assist with the setup and coordination of events and races.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for motorsports and customer service.
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends.
This is a weekend position minimum wage & above for the right person.
