Another project running along side the Bentley is this mini van.

First off we weld in the frame to keep the strength in the cab whilst we drop the floor.
Then the rusty dusty job of removing the main chunk of floor to allow us to prep for the fresh section.

This stunning Jaguar XJ came to us hiding a not-so-pretty secret… serious chassis rail and floor rot.

Once we stripped out the passenger seat and pulled back the carpets, the full extent of the damage was revealed. Out came the cutting tools — the rotten chassis rail and floor sections were carefully removed, making way for solid metal and a proper repair.

We rebuilt the floor to factory strength, then fabricated and fitted a brand-new section of chassis rail.

Finished off with a fresh lick of paint, fuel lines and clips reinstated, and everything buttoned back up — this XJ is back to being as solid underneath as it looks on the outside.

Another classic saved and strengthened. Ready to hit the road once again. 🚗🔥
