Called out by this customer today after they had been waiting for 5hrs waiting for a major (🍊) breakdown company, that told her that no one will be with her until 10:30pm estimated arrival time this evening, Even though she was stranded sat on a major busy main road after they hit a pothole and Puntured the side wall of the tyre, and also bent the alloy wheel.
So she choose to get in touch with us and after we sent our quote, customer was happy and paid, upon receipt of her payment, we arrived on scene within 35 minutes and 20 minutes after the customer was back up on the road and able to continue on with her journey.
