One of the breakdowns we attended over the weekend in a pretty remote location when it comes to requiring parts. Top Radiator hose adrift and securing clip missing altogether. No replacement hose available so we made a new clip out of a bit of wire and secured it in place as a temporary repair allowing the vehicle to get to Inverness and make its delivery.

On a less positive note we were working on this in a layby at the side of a dual carriageway in the dark / torrential rain. Not 1 vehicle slowed down and 8 out of 10 drivers including HGV's passing didn't even move lane to give the technician space to work. It would appear common sense doesn't exist anymore. Slow down move over !!!
