We’re looking for a reliable, friendly and enthusiastic Office Junior / School Leaver to join us in our busy automotive business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career, gain experience and learn new skills in a busy and friendly working environment.

🖥️ WHAT WILL THE JOB INVOLVE?

📞 Answering phone calls and dealing with customer enquiries
📲 Responding to WhatsApp, messages and emails
📅 Booking jobs and managing appointments
💬 Calling customers back and keeping them updated
📞 Following up enquiries and chasing leads to turn them into new jobs
🔎 Following up outstanding quotes and potential work
🧾 Preparing invoices and general paperwork
💻 Updating customer records and computer systems
📋 Keeping job sheets and customer information accurate
📱 Helping with social media, including taking photos and creating posts
📈 Keeping track of enquiries, leads and quotes so nothing gets missed
🤝 Building good relationships with customers and encouraging repeat business
🔧 Helping with the day-to-day running of the business
👨‍🔧 Working alongside the workshop and supporting the team where needed

👤 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for someone who is:

✅ Able to work well as part of a team
✅ Good at problem-solving and knows when to ask for help
✅ Motivated to help the business grow and bring in new work
✅ Has a positive attitude and isn’t afraid to get stuck in

🚗 A full UK driving licence would be an advantage, but is NOT essential.

Previous office experience is not required, and full training will be provided for the right person.

Previous experience within the motor trade, sales or customer service would be an advantage, but is not essential.

📍 JOB DETAILS

🕘 Hours: 9am–5pm
📅 Position: Full-time or part-time available
💷 Salary: Based on experience and hours

1.2 polo we had in during the week for one of our car sales customers...

0 compression across all cylinders every intake valve bent and damaged 😬

cylinder head removed and checked for valve seat/guide damage.

12 new valves lapsed in and new chain kit, built back up running sweet & returned to the customer 😁
