Yesterday was a Chipmunk day but today has been a Tiger Moth day, specifically Gemsy. Peter celebrated his 60th birthday with his 45 minute vintage aviation adventure and although it’s Easter we wished Mirja a merry Christmas as she got to redeem her festive voucher.

We got a nice big wave from Keith on his return to Eshott Airfield with pilot Jamie and Gemsy after their flight over the stunning Northumberland coast celebrating Keith's belated birthday. And what a day they've had for it, just look at all that blue sky!!

What a day! We’re honoured that Peter’s family chose to surprise him with a Tiger Moth flight with us up the stunning Northumberland coast to celebrate his big birthday (shhh don’t tell anyone he’s 70).

And Holger is still grinning after his flight to see Rothbury and Cragside marking his retirement. His wife assures us that she’s not going to hear the end of it!!
