New Contractors Hitting the Ground Running 🤝📈

One of the most rewarding parts of our National Account Manager Samantha Toye's regular contractor visits is seeing first-hand how our newest contractors are settling into their assignments.

A recent visit to Ethan (pictured above with Sam) is a great example. Ethan joined the Autotech Recruit contractor network just a few weeks ago, and he's already making a fantastic impression during his first assignment.

The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. The client is delighted with Ethan's performance, and, just as importantly, Ethan is loving the flexibility and opportunities that contracting has to offer.

Ethan's story isn't an isolated one either. In fact, we're proud to say that every new contractor who registered with Autotech Recruit over the past two months and was available for work has secured a contract assignment. That's a fantastic achievement and demonstrates the huge demand for skilled technicians and MOT testers across our client network.

Be Part of Designing the Workshop of the Future

We're supporting an exciting new OEM-led project that is redefining what a modern automotive workshop looks like, and we're looking for experienced Vehicle Technicians, Service Technicians and Automotive Technicians to get involved.

This is more than a traditional technician role. You'll play a key part in developing future workshop operations by:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and software updates to manufacturer standards
• Performing workshop-based software updates and reprogramming activities
• Supporting high-volume digital service tasks
• Working with emerging vehicle technologies and advanced diagnostic equipment
• Contributing to workshop development and process improvement initiatives
• Providing feedback on new ways of working
• Helping create efficient, customer-focused service operations

In return, you'll receive:

✅ Up to £27 per hour
✅ Weekly pay
✅ Guaranteed 8-hour days
