ECU Remapping – Citroën Berlingo 1.5 BlueHDi (130 BHP → ~160 BHP)

Mercedes B-Class brought in with a blowing injector issue. The affected injector was leaking combustion gases, causing rough running and a noticeable chuffing noise. The area was cleaned, the injector removed, sealing surfaces inspected, and a new copper washer installed to ensure a proper seal. Vehicle reassembled and tested — running smoothly with no further leakage.
