Golf MK7 2.0 TDI
Clutch was gone upon removal we saw this on the clutch the fiction material had come off the friction plate replace with genuine parts as customer requested. Whilst at this job I asked the customer if he had history of his cam belt as they are due every 5 years on this engine and he didn’t have any history we changed that on the same day.

Called out to diagnose and found the bottoms crank shaft pully was worn out and the rubber has separated. Replace pully and aux belt

Corsa 1.2 customer had a horrendous noise coming from the engine and then the oil light popped on
Striped the end casing off and the oil pump had cracked in 3 places, replacement oil pump fitted along with new timing chain and full service.
