So Luke spook has been back in with the bad boy crafter for a new turbo charger whilst in the mist of the replacement I noticed a big fat crack on the exhaust manifold this is a common floor for these engines not to worry Mr Luke I cleaned the crack and put some serious heat into it before welding we put a new manifold gaskit on as the old one was pressed out and no good silly me fogot the after pictures lol but all good now and luke is really chuffed to have his van boosting properly now another job done thanks for the repeat work luke on a truly wicked van

I nearly forgot to post this job as we had to manage customer budget and part sourcing over a longer timeframe than usual. The job actually became a bit technical, but we pushed through to get it right! Thanks to Didier Depolla for giving me this head gasket and doing polishing of intake and exhaust valves. A happy customer at the end of the day is all that matters! 😃

So I'm chuffed with how the new service inspection sheets have turned out it definitely feels like a level up big shout ...

I've gota say this is a bad boy nicest crafter I've worked on yet it was in for a timing belt and water pump however the crank pully was seized in there pretty good I managed my way around this problem with a bit of know how the customer Luke spook was happy so was I lol thanks luke for the work

Today's job for Tony Was to diagnose an intermittent fault with the heater fan I found that the motor brushes had worn out thus no heater a new motor was fitted and is now working again however I fogot to take a pic of the new fan once installed duhh me lol if any body needs business cards or any printing down get down to MFS reprographics in furzton

So i got a call from dave mac jake my cars broken down can you come and have a look please RAC said i need a fuel pump.So I come out to Dave to find out there's not any issues with the fueling system it's actually because the EGR valve is stuck part way open this was a nasty dirty job thanks Dave 😅 work carried out was to strip clean and reassemble EGR valve and cooler now Dave is back on the road again and very happy 🙏🤟

This is a permanent repair for Lisa's audi q7 the ball joint socket for the wiper arm had worn out causing the ball end to fall out so a thread was tapped into the ball joint and bolted the rest is history
