I just wanted to send you an email about ITAS from what I’ve seen over an extended period.

Being involved with vehicle manufacturer approved repairer programs going back nearly 40 years, we have a great insight to the workings and what adds value to them.

We have worked with ITAS over the years and always found them to be a great forward thinking partner run by a visible management, which are approachable and supportive to repairers and their own team, which reflects in them who are already helpfully and knowledgeable. Having the right ethics running through the core of any business is the foundation of success. Since we have been an approved repairer for Toyota and Lexus we have seen more in-depth bonuses to a repairer program without unwarranted added costs.

Their online portal is so easy to navigate and having multiple approvals on one portal, which when you update one VM it automatically does the rest, saves valuable time. The updates sent out also helps with not letting any time sensitive requirements lapse.

When you add in the training centre with up-to-date repair techniques and equipment it just adds another level to what ITAS bring to not only VM approvals but the wider industry.

Last week, Victoria paid a visit to Perfect Paint Centre Ltd Milton Keynes with our Body & Paint Technical Assessor Paul Northcote to complete this years compliance standard audits for both Honda UK and Mazda UK.

'Accompanying Paul to a fully functioning Approved Accident Repair Centre allowed me to see other parts of the business and broaden my understanding of compliance and standards for our manufacturer clients at ITAS'

'It gave me a better understanding of what’s involved within the audit assessment and allows me to help, guide and support the Accident Repair network with the ITAS Core compliance portal, as well as general inquiries'

Along with auditing for many vehicle manufacturers, ITAS also write and deliver mandatory training courses at our training centre in Milton Keynes, and deliver programme management and software solutions for our valued vehicle manufacturer clients and Accident Repair Centres.
