We recently had a call out to a 2007 BMW E90 330d with the car not accepting the key.

Initial thoughts were the key reader had gone down but with more diagnosis it appears the key had died although the fob was still working to unlock the vehicle. We sourced a brand new replacement key and programmed it to the Vehicles Central access system.

Our team had a call out to a local autocentre to diagnose and repair a fault.

The autocentre had just fitted a new clutch to a 2015 Citroen C4 Picasso and the vehicle would not start afterwards. Unfortunately we didn’t get many photos of this job but we did get a photo when we got down to the root of the issue. After a lot of electrical testing we decided to take the ecu away with us and try and communicate on our bench. This of course failed. After tearing the ecu apart and finding out there was no power throughout the ecu circuit we found the issue of 2 legs for the ecu earth had melted away. We repaired this issue and had the customer their car back by the next morning.

Our team had a call out to this lovely 2008 Audi A6 Allroad this week.

The air suspension on this vehicle had given up and was completely deflated all around.

Despite many other technicians trying to diagnose and repair this vehicle it wasn’t a problem for our team.

Within 2 hours our team had diagnosed and repaired the issue. They carried out full electrical testing to make sure the compressor circuit wasn’t damaged, repaired a faulty electrical connection, replaced the compressor and the valve block. The customer was over the moon that within 2 hours the car was back in full working order.
