CJX converted MK3 Caddy ✅

This VW Caddy came in to us being a 1.6 TDI paired with a 5 speed manual gearbox. Our customer had a 2014 Audi S3 8V and wanted us to pair the both together. The Van has now left us fully petrol converted into a FWD EA888.3 6 speed manual with everything fully functioning using factory modules and wiring.

Factory cluster fully functioning ✅
Traction control and ABS✅
Fault Free ✅

We are still new to these conversions but feel we as a team have a great achievement. We are constantly doing research and development and are looking into EA888.3 dsg conversions as we speak!

We are now pleased to announce we are offering a BMW/Mini FRM Repair Service.

This may be a postal service, drop off and collect service or bring the vehicle and leave it to be repaired. This is a fully plug and play repair so no coding will be needed afterwards.

The common faults for a failing FRM Module are;

Non Functional Lights (Headlights, Indicators, Interior lights)
Power Windows not functioning
Central locking issues
Windscreen wiper issues
Tail lights not working.

This week we’ve had the pleasure of wiring up a 2016 MK4 caddy for Tony Pictures. It started life as a 2.0 TDI 5 speed manual and left as a 2.0 TFSI 6 speed DSG

The van turned up to us in a sorry state with the dashboard removed, a 2.0 tfsi engine fitted in the engine bay and all mechanical work completed.

We got to work right away removing all unnecessary wiring that was no longer needed in order to declutter the engine bay. Once that was completed we could set to work with wiring the engine in.

Needless to say the van left us complete. Dashboard back in, wiring completed and not a single light on the dashboard.

We fitted and programmed a MK6 gti instrument cluster in order for a petrol rev counter, fitted cruise and trip control stalks and recoded all the modules in house to become dsg .

Needless to say it was a learning curve to see the differences in a MK4 van but now have the upmost confidence to touch them!

This week we had the pleasure of having Chez Alverez 2014 Caddy in for a conversion.

Started life as a 2014 manual stop start 1.6 TDI. Left with a 2.0 TDI DSG engine.

Chez had supplied us with a crash damaged donor car that unfortunately the previous owner had rolled. Our team spent a Sunday afternoon stripping the Golf GTD in order to make a start on the conversion Monday morning.

By Wednesday afternoon the conversion was complete and the van was on its final road test. This road test had shown us that there were some issues present. We spoke to Chez about the issues and he agreed right away to have them rectified. He had a Brand new turbo Actuator fitted, brand new gearbox mounting and the front wheel alignment sorted.

Needless to say we have one very happy customer who collected his van just 6 days after dropping it off to us

This week we’ve had a 2011 Vauxhall corsa in for a head gasket. We had the vehicle into the workshop and back out within 2 days. Upon stripping the car we found the sump plug had previously been cross threaded and wouldnt tighten up, so the sump was replaced at the same time. This gave us an opportunity to clean all the gunk inside the engine from the oil and coolant mixing.
