Alex’s super rare leguna seca m4 back in with us for some WHP700 turbos 🤩

Alex came to us previously for a crank hub and rod bearings but stayed on stock engine software.

He’s now made the huge jump straight to a set of WHP700 turbos with larger inlets using 2H software. Once he’s used to this power he will be ready for a custom tune to unlock the full potential of these monster turbos!

One vital engine upgrade which allows you to tune your S55 up to 700hp 📈

The insane performance 2 or 4 pin crank hub is the most proven solution on the market. Having being a once piece design it eliminates additional chances of failure compared to some of the 2 and 3 piece designs on the market. ⚙️ ✅

When upgrading your crank hub it’s worth checking the condition of the rod bearings having seen heavy wear on cars as low as 30k miles.

We offer the crank hub upgrade for £1899 all in as a drive in drive out service with ignite!
Using only genuine bmw parts all round.
The sump is removed to drill the crankshaft to avoid any swarf landing in the sump.

This week we had Declan’s beautiful M4 in for the common S55 cam alignment issue.

We managed to squeeze him in last minute to get his exhaust cam re aligned to stop the dreaded “knocking noise” ⚙️

Some good news and some bad news for our development car!

The new WHP700 turbos are CRAZY!!! 668hp on pump fuel only and 750hp on E40. Now let’s break 800+ with higher ethanol content 📈

As expected the E40 tune bent the standard rods on the 3rd pull 😂 we was attempting to beat our previous stock engine record on dragy of 4.81s 100-200kph but it was a very risky challenge.

We now supply forged internals for all your BMW engines including S55, B58, S58 and more! We have chosen to go with CP pistons and Manley rods along with Deka clutches to push harder.

We will post more progress updates as we go.

New WHP700 development turbos in testing stage.

We have managed to get the biggest possible wheel sizes machined in to these tiny turbos.
I’ve posted a comparison next to a stock turbo showing the size of these beauties!

These turbos should be able to get you deep in to the 4’s with basic fueling upgrades.

For testing we will be using ONLY a MHD flex fuel sensor and EU5 injectors.

We will also be doing a pump fuel only map to see how well they perform on UK99. -Guaranteed to hit octane limits before any higher boost pressures are needed.

For you people who care about dyno numbers, these turbos are made for beyond pump fuel only numbers meaning they will max out your fuel system before your anywhere near close to pushing these turbos.

Using Ethanol first we aim to break the 700hp figure at approx E40 but will see how the fuel system handles this.

Will update in the next few weeks now the crank hub, rod bearings and engine is in full health ready to be pushed.

Savage looking M2 competition in for some maintenance work which couldn’t be diagnosed at another garage!

The valvetronic had failed and also the ECU.

After repairs he left with a set of VRSF downpipes and BM3 stage 2 engine and gearbox software!

This is one quick little rocket 🚀

The VRSF single midpipe transforms the sound on the S55 engine giving it a deeper and louder tone by removing the secondary cats and centre resonator replacing the twin pipe system for one single large bore mid section!
