After cutting HUGE sections out of this Focus RS, uncovering horrific corrosion and making what looked like half the rear of the car disappear… it’s finally time to put it all back together! 🔧🔥

In EP4 we tackle the final underside repairs, repaint the underside and start the final build.

From a rotten, rusty shell that looked ready for the scrapyard… to finally looking like a Focus RS again! 😍

This build just keeps getting worse... 😳

In Episode 3 of our 4-part mini-series, we finally bite the bullet and cut out both rear corners of the shell. Once the grinder gets to work, we're left with a massive hole in the back of the car, exposing just how much corrosion was hiding beneath the surface!

Most people would have sent this Focus RS to the scrapyard, but we're determined to save it. 💪

**Sad Times — Important Update**

With great regret, Demon Performance Centre Ltd will be introducing a deposit system for new customers.
This will be either the equivalent of one hour’s labour or a percentage of the job cost if parts are required.

Please note this will not affect our regular customers. Your continued trust and loyalty mean a lot to us, and you’ve earned ours in return.

Unfortunately, we’ve had several occasions where customers haven’t shown up for booked jobs without any notice. When that happens, it’s not just lost time it means extra hours for me and lost moments I could be spending with my terminally ill parents.

If the situation were reversed if you turned up for work and were sent home without pay you’d understandably be upset too.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support us and respect our time. We truly appreciate your understanding. ❤️
