The one of a kind...CHRISTOPHER 🙌

Chris joined the team in 2021. Starting out in the army at 18, Chris then spent over 30 years driving trucks all over Europe and North America, along the way, he built up a wealth of experience, knowledge and stories from life on the road, giving him a real understanding of what it takes to be driver. After a career on the road, Chris brought his skills and experience to NTT Group, where he now helps train and assess the next generation of drivers.

"What I enjoy most about working at NTT Group is the friendly, family-like atmosphere, the team work closely together and support each other both on the job and outside of work."

Chris is hard on the outside but fluffy on the inside, although he travels to work on his motorbike, his favourite programme is Strictly Come Dancing and he's always ready to show off his best moves on a work night out!

🚛❤️💙 IT’S THAT TIME OF THE WEEK AGAIN… TEST DAY!

Another week of training, plenty of miles covered, nerves conquered and hard work put in — and now it all comes down to test day! 🤞

One of our favourite parts of the job is watching someone arrive at NTT Group at the beginning of their training and seeing their confidence grow with every session.

Then comes that moment we all wait for…

The result! 👀🚛

We’re just as invested in it as our learners are — and there’s nothing quite like seeing that smile when all the hard work pays off. ❤️

A huge well done to everyone who has trained and tested with us this week. Whatever the result, getting behind the wheel and working towards that next step in your career is something to be proud of.

On Saturday, our very own Sue and Rhiann took the plunge and did a skydive to raise money for the MFC Foundation — and we’re absolutely blown away to have reached £1,500! 🎉❤️

A massive thank you to everyone who donated, shared the fundraiser or simply cheered them on. It really means a lot, and every penny raised will help support the fantastic work the MFC Foundation does across Tees Valley. ❤️

The MFC Foundation does some amazing work supporting people across our local communities. They support people living with illnesses such as cancer, dementia and Parkinson’s, providing support, courses and a network of people around them so that no one has to feel alone. They also create opportunities for people to get involved in sport, work and activities, helping people stay connected, active and involved in their community. ❤️

We also want to say a huge thank you to everyone at Sky High Sky Diving, including the staff, instructors and camera crew. They were all fantastic and made Sue and Rhiann feel completely at ease (well… as at ease as you can feel before jumping out of a plane! 😂🪂).
