Nissan Navara — Restored to a Factory Finish 👑

After 10 years of ownership, this Navara had picked up some damage across a few isolated panels and came to us to bring those areas back to their best.

The work included:

Another very happy returning customer!

We originally had this stunning BMW M4 in following a bump in traffic, carrying out the front-end repairs and getting it back looking its best.

Mercedes CLA – Full Multi-Stage Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating

This CLA came to us for a full paint correction and ceramic coating, with the paintwork showing a number of heavier scratches and defects.

There were several areas the customer thought would need repainting, but through careful localised flatting, machine compounding and refinement, we managed to correct the defects and retain the original paintwork, saving the customer the additional cost of repainting.

The full vehicle was then refined to restore the depth and gloss before being protected with a ceramic coating.

A great result and another very happy customer who left us a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review.

VW Golf GTI – Corrosion Repair & Refinishing

This low-mileage 2015 Golf GTI came to us to rectify previous corrosion repairs that had unfortunately been completed elsewhere to a poor standard.

After hearing about our quality of work and seeing it backed up by 120+ genuine 5-star Google reviews, the owner chose King Auto Body Shop with confidence.

Both front sills had significant corrosion and metal loss, requiring the affected areas to be cut out and new sections fabricated and welded in correctly. Both front wings were replaced, with further corrosion repairs carried out to the rear quarter.

Everything was then professionally prepped, colour matched and refinished to a high standard.

The customer was so pleased with the result that the Golf will be returning for a machine polish and ceramic coating, along with another vehicle for further work.

Mercedes-AMG C43 | Rear Bumper & Diffuser Repair

This C43 came to us following an impact which had creased the rear bumper and heavily scraped the rear diffuser.

Rather than replacing the damaged diffuser, we were able to professionally repair and refinish the original part, saving the customer the additional cost of a replacement without compromising on the finished result.

For an accurate colour match, the vehicle was scanned using our BASF baslac colour-matching camera and software. The paint was then mixed in-house, with a spray-out card produced and checked against the vehicle prior to application to ensure the closest possible colour match.

The result — the original bumper and diffuser restored with an excellent finish and colour match.

Audi RS3 Nardo Grey

This stunning Audi RS3 came to us shortly after the customer purchased it, but unfortunately the paintwork wasn't up to the standard the rest of the car deserved.

After inspecting it, we found evidence of previous poor-quality repairs, lacquer peel and multiple panels that didn't colour match.

To put it right, we carried out what was pretty much a full respray, restoring the car back to a flawless finish.

Using our state-of-the-art colour matching software alongside the premium BASLAC paint system, we achieved a perfect colour match across every panel.

To finish it off, we colour coded the wing mirrors and various exterior trims in gloss black, giving the car a much cleaner, more aggressive OEM+ look.

VW T5 Transformation Complete

This VW T5 came to us needing extensive corrosion repairs to the rear tailgate. The affected areas were cut out and new metal sections fabricated and welded in before the panel was treated, prepared and refinished to ensure a long-lasting repair.

The customer wanted a full two-tone colour scheme and trusted us to choose the grey. We opted for Anthracite Grey, and we think it complements the white perfectly, giving the van a clean, modern look without being over the top.

From corrosion repair and panel fabrication to the final paint finish, this T5 has been completely transformed.

This one was a proper bit of kit 🔥

S reg Japanese import Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution V, a real icon and one of the most raw, rally bred Evos ever made. Proper drivers car and a legend in the JDM world.

Customer brought it in wanting it tidied up ready for sale. It needed a fair bit of work across both sides with the sills and doors, so we went through it properly and got everything back to a good standard.

Full prep and paint carried out, all colour matched and blended to bring it back to a clean factory finish.

As Jamie said in his review, this one needed quite a bit doing to get it back to its original condition, even sourcing parts from Japan to get it right 👌

End result speaks for itself, car looks class now and ready for its next owner
