🔧 Diagnostic completed today in Melton Mowbray.

A 2016 Range Rover Evoque was diagnosed with a failed timing chain. The next step is to strip the engine and assess the full extent of the damage.

Unfortunately, the Jaguar Land Rover Ingenium engine is known for timing chain failures, and if left too long, they can lead to costly engine damage.

Has your Ingenium engine had its timing chain replaced? If not, get in touch with Taylor Made Tuning today for a quote before it becomes a much bigger repair.

Everyone else: feet up 🍻
Us: bonnet up👀 🔧💨

Out in Melton this bank holiday afternoon getting stuck into a Vauxhall with a stubborn DPF issue 🔧💨

Full diagnostics carried out, fault found and sorted properly — back on the road how it should be ✅

Had a little helper on the job today as well… Snoopy the spaniel 🐶
Not the best with a spanner, but top-tier morale support 😎

If your car’s showing DPF warnings or losing power, don’t ignore it — get it checked before it turns into a bigger (and more expensive) problem.

🌙 Dark Evening Call-Out in Melton Mowbray! 😎

Another busy night for Taylor Made Tuning — this customer’s van had the engine management light on and was stuck in limp mode.

We also identified further faults during the diagnostic and have the vehicle booked in for repair soon to make sure it stays running at its best.
