🚗✨ Bob’s Gorgeous Cumbrian Red Bentley GTC 6.0 W12 ✨🚗

Bob’s stunning Bentley GTC was running poorly, with a misfire on cylinder 8 and a lambda reading of 0.78 at idle. The engine ECU was maxed out, and short-term fuel trims hit -27%. This engine needed some serious TLC!

First we removed the inlet manifold and found leaking cam cover gaskets (not the cause of the issue), upon removing the coils to enable us to remove the cam covers, we found all the coils and spark plugs excessively corroded. This had also caused heavy erosion in the holes for the coils in the cam covers.

Next we removed all 12 fuel injectors, tested them for leaks and their spray pattern, suprisingly they all tested fine but we still decided to replace #8 injector just to be safe.

Finally we drained and replaced the oil and filter as it stunk of petrol.

All new injector seals, spark plugs, coils, cam covers and gaskets and she now runs like a dream.🌟

🚗🔧 Just tackled a massive job on a Bentley Bentayga 4.0 V8! This beauty was purchased from a Bentley dealer by a trader and driven less than 50 miles before the coolant temperature warning popped up on the dash.

After recovering it to our workshop, we discovered three additional issues: a significant oil leak down the front of the engine, a lambda sensor fault, and a piston cooling solenoid fault.

We performed a full front-end strip down, including removing the bumper, grille, wings, headlights, and the entire radiator pack to access the coolant pump and thermostat. We also had to remove the catalytic converters and one turbo to fix the oil leak and solenoid.

🚗✨ Just had the pleasure of working on Nick’s stunning C5 RS6 Saloon!

We fitted genuine Audi lower straight arms, curved arms, and gearbox mounts.

The DRC system was removed and replaced with Koni adjustable shocks, along with genuine Audi top mounts.

Nick’s feedback after driving it home was priceless:
