RPU Stevenage - Out of the nick, no more than 30 seconds, and this car drifts past with an under inflated tyre… stop/check reveals Provisional Licence holder alone in the car… apparently late for an urgent appointment- no excuse! Car seized, points / fine to follow.

Vehicle stopped at Wisley due to no MOT. Once stopped the driver tried to give his friends details! Once the fingerprint scanner was out the truth came out, driver disqualified three months ago for drug drive, driver reported back to 👩‍⚖️ vehicle seized.

RPU spotted this little hatchback with a mobile phone in a cradle, stuck right in the way of the drivers’ view. Turns out no licence OR Insurance, so we’ve had it away 👍

For those saying mobile phones aren’t distracting when driving, it comes to something when you don’t see the marked car come up in lane 2 whilst the Transit driver is busy on the phone…. 🤦‍♂️ 6 Points and £200 fine for this driver. Stay safe out there folks.
