Vehicle Technicians / Motor Mechanics

GTW Motors are an independent garage looking for full-time vehicle technicians / motor mechanics to join our team. Established in 1982, GTW Motors provides repairs and maintenance of all makes of cars and light commercial vehicles, including servicing, repairs, diagnostics and MOT testing.
General duties and responsibilities to include:
- Undertaking general vehicle maintenance and servicing
- Performing vehicle repairs, dependent on skill level
- Ability to communicate with colleagues
- Ensuring all work is completed to a quality and safe standard
- MOT testing (if application qualifications allow), and repairs
- Comprehensive toolkit not necessary. Tools will be provided.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within the industry
- Qualification in vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Driving licence required
- Experience of using diagnostic equipment is an advantage
- MOT tester qualification is desired, but not essential
40 Hours Monday to Friday, some overtime & Saturdays available. Pension contribution included.
Pay negotiable, with consideration to experience, qualifications and skill.
