Customer complaining that since his Q7's last service with another garage, he has been having to top up his oil every month. 🚘🚗. On inspection we found the sump plug coated in silicone sealant and dripping oil.
The previous garage couldn't be bothered spending 50p on a new copper seal!!!
Cleaned up with a new seal and filled with genuine Audi spec 507.00 long life oil 👍👍

CUSTOMER took his car in to Audi Dealership for a service. When he picked the car up and drove away, the OIL PRESSURE warning light came on. He took it back to Audi who said it was nothing to do with their work and the engine would need stripping to investigate at the cost of £1000 upwards. 😳😳

He bought it to us for a second opinion. After investigating, we found the the AUDI DEALERSHIP had fitted the completely wrong oil filter!🙄🙄 Now fixed and another happy customer who definitely won't be trusting his car to the dealers again 😁👍🚗

Now offerering 25% off all serving jobs for all makes and models of car, and 25% off labour costs of repairs to the VAG group cars.

So far we're still open, still working. We are taking precautions to keep the place clean. Latex gloves worn on all jobs. Contact surfaces of cars are being wiped down before and after work. Digital invoices are being given instead of paper invoices. All other surfaces being cleaned regularly. 👍👍

Fixed a common issue on a 1.9TDI PD engine. Misfiring and a loud bellow in the air filter box.

Camshaft lobes are prone to wearing down. Valve caps wear too on the affected lobes. Valves don't open properly causing misfires.

Installed new camshaft, bearings, valve caps, cambelt kit, and serviced. Job done! 😎
