Important update for our European customers:
The EU has introduced a new €3 customs duty on all parcels entering Europe from outside the EU. This is in addition to VAT and any local handling fees.
For small independents like us, this is devastating. A £9 product suddenly costs customers £20+ after fees.

We don’t set these rules, but we’re the ones who get hit by them.
Big companies won’t feel this.
Small independents like us? We get absolutely clobbered.

We’ll keep adapting, but wow… if there was ever a way to kneecap tiny UK businesses in one move, this is it.
