VOLVO IN FOR SOME PROGRAMMING!!!

A Trade customer was having issues with this Volvo V90 and was having strange electrical faults which they traced to the rear door module, they replaced the module but needed It programming in with someone who had access to VIDA. it also had a call system fault which was rectified by replacing the telemaricd battery which also needs to be programmed in.

They travelled a 200 mile round trip for us to programme this Volvo in because we have access to the main dealer software for Volvo which is VIDA, using this software we got the door module coded in so it could work correctly and we also reset and programmed a new telematics battery

We offer coding/programming,software updates, adaptations and software fix using main dealer genuine software for many vehicles.

VW golf Mk6 2.0TDI in with a severely blocked DPF!!!

This was a nice and easy job, the dpf was really blocked up due to a mechanical fault with the throttle body being full of carbon and failing to actuate correctly. So we got a replacement throttle body which was fitted same day.

This job was done over a year ago and the car is still fine till this day with no dpf issues. The owner even left us an amazing 5 star review (check comments)

CRACKED DPF!!!!

We are seeing alot more vehicles come to us for dpf issues and reported blockages however after diagnostics it because very evident that the DPF is cracked/damaged, this is fairly common on ford,PSA and range rovers

In this case the tailpipe was covered in a large amount of soot and also back pressure was reading at 2hpa which is incredibly low.

A sooty tailpipe doesn't always mean the dpf is cracked it can be caused by previous mechanical issues so don't always assume soot on a tailpipe id a cracked dpf book it in for diagnostic so we can carry out multiple checks to confirm.

Manual regeneration and soot loading percentage enabling on this ford transit....

We can code in manual regeneration which you can control via the exhaust filter option which we enable via our coding, this feature also allows you to monitor and view dpf soot load percentage

Automatic regens will still take place or you can choose to do this manually the choice is yours!!

We can do this on the majority of fords that have a full digital display similar to that in the video.

Static regens can only take place after around 90% full and can only be done when the vehicle is stationary and upto temperature.

Citroen Berlingo in for a much needed DPF CLEAN

This Citroen was suffering with some issues which where rectified by a software update which was done all in house once we carried out the update and the dpf clean and got this Citroen running like brand new.

This BMW 530D G30 265bhp 3.0d was in for our custom stage 1 performance remap

At 265bhp in stock form it was no slouch however the power didn't feel strong across the rev range we fixed that by custom tuning this car on the road.
All pre tuning tests passed and datalogs where 👌🏼
So we could continue to tune this lovely G series
