We carried out an investigation to find that the auxiliary belt tensioner had worn out, causing the customer concern.

We replaced the auxiliary belt & tensioner & all good after the repair.

In with us today is a 2017 KIA Sportage for washers not working.

We carried out a series of checks to confirm the issue. We found that the pump was working, however the filter was blocked solid.

The concern is caused by the wrong screen wash mixture or the wrong fluid (washing up liquid)

We unblocked the filter, added the correct mixture ( 20% screen wash - 80% water ) and all okay after repair.

In with us today is a 2015 Jeep Wrangler in for the driver’s front heated seat inop.

We carried out a series of tests to diagnose the issue, where we found the heating element to be at fault.

Removed the driver’s seat for overhaul and stripped to replace the element. Once the new element was fitted, the heated seat was back working again.

We carried out a simple oil & filter change along with a front coil spring replacement.

Could spring had snapped at the bottom causing the customer concern. No problems once new spring fitted.🔧
