JOB OPPORTUNITY!

We’re looking for a part time vehicle recovery driver.

24 - 32 hours a week, no weekends or nights. Hourly rate negotiable.

Class 2 HGV licence and valid tachometer and CPC cards preferred but a 7.5t/ grandfather rite’s licence would be sufficient.

The job rolls are collecting and delivering complete and scrap vehicles mainly around the North Yorkshire area using a tilt and slide recovery truck with a towing spec lift or a 3.5t beavertail truck and sometimes a trailer.

Most vehicles will run and drive but some will require use of winches, previous use of these types or equipment will be a Bonus but not essential as training will be provided.

Salvage parts delivery and some equipment movement and collection will also be part of the job but it is not that often.

FINALS DAY

This Saturday we head to the Darlington Arena to play Lutterworth for the Regional 2 North Plate.

Head Coach Crock’s has said “We would love you to come and support the lads and in our quest to bring the plate back to the Gannock.”

The FINALS DAY IS A FREE NON TICKET event.

We’re aiming on booking an extra coach for the 5pm KO but with it being a bank holiday weekend we haven’t confirmed this yet……

WORKSHOP MECHANIC WANTED

£13 PER HOUR - 40 HOURS PER WEEK

Due to business growth we are looking for another workshop mechanic.
Candidate must be capable of preforming vehicle servicing, timing belt and chain replacements, gearbox removal and clutch replacements, wheel alignments, tyre replacements and general repairs, a qualified M.o.T would be preferred but not essential.

Due to growth of business we are looking for a person join us to be a vehicle dismantler, the job role includes draining and dismantling vehicle for parts or for scrap metals, parts removal without damage, tyre removal and fitting.

applicants must have a full uk drivers license, mechanical knowledge of vehicles and ability to use different hand tools, forklift training would be useful but not essential, all health and safety training and training for specialist tools will be given on site.
