Mazda Rx8 in for a new backbox to replace the old tired setup + sports Cat fitted within the front pipe.

So we opted to go bigger boxes filled with Acousta-Fil - ZT1 along with a 400 cell sports car mounted upfront.

Customer was very pleased and stated it dropped the db level by around 20db making much more usable and track friendly.

A neat little mounting solution for a.b’s build 👌

After he extended the wiring loom to relocate the engine bay fuse box into the passenger footwell, we made a custom bracket to help tidy everything up.

We took a quick scan of the footwell using Polycam, then created a simple design to mount everything neatly, including a dedicated mounting point for the junction box.

Small details that make all the difference 🔧

A little something we’ve been working on 👀🔥

3D printed exhaust head fl**ges for the Ford BDA/BDG, made from 316 stainless steel.

Three straight, one angled, with smooth transitions from the head ports to 44.5mm primaries—and better access to make fitting and servicing easier.

Classic engines, modern engineering. Pretty pleased with how these turned out 👊

Recent Ford Thunderbird Exhaust system we’ve made up for Malton Coachworks . This was interesting system to build with no body to go off! Just a chassis and photos 😅
Brief was to keep it oem using the original brackets but adapt to the aftermarket Manifolds that were fitted.

Came out well and client says body fits well with my clearance issues 🤟

Track Bike Exhaust – CBR600RR 🏁

Requirements:

* Track-friendly system (no cat)
* Lightweight

The old exhaust was hitting 105 dB, failing sound checks at most UK tracks. So, we set out to fit the biggest silencer possible under the tail.

It was a challenge, but we ended up designing 3D-printed end caps with a perforated inner design to maximize silencing within the tight space. The result? A trick-looking stainless 3D-printed end cap front and back, paired with a titanium casing and inner tube to keep it lightweight and effective.

To join the two sections, we teamed up with for a pie-cut titanium link pipe, giving a perfect fit and finish.

Mission accomplished – the bike now sits at 98–99 dB 💪, track-approved and ready to rip!
