Sometimes you just have to say no to a job.
Pulled up to work on this earlier could smell antifreeze as soon as I got out the van.
Found a small leak advised the customer to get that sorted then call me back.
They asked if we could just do the tune then they'd get the coolant leak sorted.
Answer was no. Get it fixed then call me back.

After some advice. I struggle to answer the phone while working. So my phones setup to send a text when I don't answer.
