Transit camper came in for a diagnosis and repair.
Upon inspection we found that the issue they had was the crank pulley dampener has deteriorated and the pulley had come apart causing no power steering, a battery light on the dash and a horrible noise from the engine bay, the customer was quoted on the job and was happy with the price and was back on the road in a couple of hours 😎

Customer come in with their VW Golf lacking in power, diagnostic work carried out found that cylinder 1 was down on compression and cylinder 3 spark plug wasn’t in a great condition. Further engine investigation needed.

2015 - Transit Connect

Excessive over heating problems, a head gasket test was carried out and failed immediately. The engine was then stipped down to find the gasket had blown, the head was skimmed and a new head gasket kit aswell as oil and filter was changed with fresh coolant, now up and running as it should be.
