This week I had a BMW 116d with a broken exhaust flexi pipe, which is part of the very expensive dpf. This is what I found to be a very common problem, so I was able to cut the old flexi section out and weld a repair section back in. This was done at a fraction of the price and allowed the customer to keep there genuine dpf.

This Volvo S40 was suffering from an extremely noisy front wheel bearing, this particular model is fitted with a gen 2 bearing which requires a designated removal/installation tool. Having the tools not only allows the job to be done correctly, but in a timely manner saving you on those dreaded labour costs and any unnecessary inconvenience.

A satisfying job to end another busy week! Full gearbox rebuild, replacing all internal bearings and seals. Finished off with a timing belt kit, coolant pump and a coolant change! Car was picked up Friday afternoon and returned to the customer the following day. The car is used throughout the week hence the reason a quick weekend turnaround was needed, not a problem here at Scott Adams Mobile Mechanic where I will do my upmost to cater for the needs of my customer!
