๐Ÿ  The Scottish Government has published its Stage 2 consultation on the next revision to Scotlandโ€™s building regulations, with the proposed implementation date now moving to Autumn 2029.

The consultation includes proposals for stronger fabric performance, new compliance metrics, airtightness requirements and the future use of the Home Energy Model.
