As you are probably aware the Northern Ireland Executive has announced that all non-essential businesses must close from 00.01am on the 26th December 2020 for a six-week period with a review scheduled after 4-weeks.
Car Showrooms are categorized as non-essential. Therefore due to this directive, we will have no other alternative but to close our showroom to the public when we break up for the Christmas Holiday period on the 23rd December 2020 at 5.30pm until further notice.
Our Service Department will also close on Wednesday 23rd December at 5.30pm for the Christmas break~. However, as it is deemed to be essential services, our Aftersales Department will reopen on Monday 4th January 2021 at 09.00am by appointment only for the maintenance and repair of your vehicle.
During this time our showroom will be closed to the public, and we will be unable to offer a click and collect service, however we will still be able to deal with your email ([email protected]) and telephone enquiries. Although we will be unable to offer you an appointment to view cars at our showrooms, we can continue to offer a range of virtual services, which includes a full list of our stock on our website at www.roadsidemotors.com, and we can continue to offer video walkarounds of any vehicle in our stock, which can be viewed from the comfort of your own home, completely free of charge.
As and when we have updates about re-opening our showrooms, we will notify customers via our website and social media channels.
