🇬🇧 March in March – Supporting Our Veterans 🇬🇧
This March I’ll be taking part in March in March, raising money for Combat Stress, the UK’s leading charity for veterans’ mental health.
As many people know, I am also a war veteran myself and came out of the armed forces with a service-related disability. Like many veterans, the battles don’t always end when the uniform comes off. For some, the hardest fight begins when they come home.
That’s where Combat Stress steps in. They provide life-changing treatment and support for veterans dealing with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and trauma caused by military service. Their work helps thousands of former soldiers rebuild their lives and find hope again.
Sadly, many veterans still suffer in silence. Some struggle with relationships, work, and everyday life because of what they experienced while serving their country.
So this March, I’m marching to help make sure no veteran has to fight their battles alone.
If you’re able to support, even a small donation makes a huge difference.
Every pound raised helps provide specialist mental health care to those who have served.
If you can’t donate, please share this post and help spread the word.
Together we can stand by the people who once stood up for us. 🇬🇧
