50-Service Refund Draw: Terms & Conditions
1. The Promoter
The promoter is DDG Vehicle Services Ltd, located at 65 Aintree Way, Dudley, DY1 2SL.
2. The Competition
* The title of the competition is the 50-Service Refund Draw.
* The promotion runs from 1st July 2026 until exactly 50 qualifying entries are recorded.
* Once 50 entries are reached, a single winner will be chosen at random using a digital generator wheel.
3. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter the draw:
* The Paid Route: Automatically receive one entry upon booking, completing, and paying in full for an Oil Service, Annual Minor Service, or Full Service during the promotional period.
* The Free Route: To enter without making a purchase, clearly print your name, address, phone number, and email address on a postcard or piece of paper and send it via first or second-class post to: DDG Vehicle Services Ltd, 65 Aintree Way, Dudley, DY1 2SL. Free entries are limited to one per household and must arrive before the 50th paid service is completed.
4. Eligibility
* The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
* Employees of the promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the draw are excluded from winning.
5. The Prize
* The prize is a full refund of the amount paid for the specific qualifying service drawn.
* For free postal entries, the prize is cash or a bank transfer equivalent to the value of an Oil Service, capped at a maximum of £120
* The prize is non-transferable and no alternative prizes will be offered.
6. Winner Announcement
* The winner will be drawn at random within 7 days of the 50th entry being recorded.
* The draw will be recorded or broadcast live on our social media channels for transparency.
* The winner will be notified by phone or email within 3 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, a new winner will be drawn from the remaining entries.
7. Privacy and Publicity
* By entering, the winner agrees to allow the promoter to use their first name and general location (e.g., "John from Dudley") on social media to announce the win.
