More progress in the Crafter. The back of the van has now been extended by another 20cm to accommodate the bigger full suspension and battery powered bikes.

We have had to re-cut some of the panels as they were previously scribed to the wheel arches. Now we have moved the bulk head forward we were left with a huge gap on the bulk head wall.
Everything has now been painted to match too.

We can now start the process of designing and building the back of the MTB van.

Plenty more to be on with.

It's been a day of fitting accessories today.

The Crafter now has its bonnet protector and sunvisor fitted, we also fit a rear spoiler to the VW caddy.

The interior of the Crafter is now being tackled to accommodate bikes in the back and sleep up 3 people. It's a work in progress.

A couple more bits arrived for the mountain bike build.
The bonnet protector has been fit, the sun visor will be going on tomorrow.

The rails have arrived for the slide out bike rack and hopefully we can get this all fit up and working by weekend.

I won't want to sell this once it's done.

We still need to decide how to set the work shop up, so any keen mountain bikers, cyclists out there that would like to give us some ideas, feel free to right in the comments.

Some progress on the Crafter today.
The exterior plastics are now reconditioned and re-fitted.
Some more parts are on order for the interior so we can start on the mountain bike build.

Looking much fresher now fresher on the outside now.

Plenty of work ahead but it will look fantastic once it's finished and ideal for a weekend away mountain biking with friends or family.

As you can see from the first couple of photos, the buggy came in looking a little tired and dated.🫣

Once we had it completed, it left looking fresh and with with a number of upgrades. 💯💯💯

Let the strip down begin!!!

In the coming weeks, this van is going to be transformed into a mountain bike van with pull out work shop, double bed, hobs and sink and of course a secure mountain bike stand for travelling to your destination.

We are starting off with a very clean VW Crafter MWB Hightop and plan on optimizing the space available and finishing everything to the highest standard. After all, that's what we pride our buisess on.

It is going to be for sale so if you are interested, please get in contact.

If you would like to have the van but with your own design we can do that too. We won t be starting the interior until next week so still time to build your dream mountain bike van.

We have this van with us now and it's currently for sale at £12,250 as it is. The price will rise once the conversion is complete.

Starting next week, we are going to make some changes to this one. As it stands we are looking at turning it into a MTB van. Capable of storing and working on your mountain bike whilst having the comfort of a double bed and cooking facilities.
