Racing-Lines Race Team once again doing trackside support for Katrina Gray Racing, at our local circuit Cadwell Park.

Playing around with tyre pressures and suspension settings, looking for time, and torturing tyres as it was hot.

Also nice to have family & friends come to support Kat & thanks to Junior our mechanic for his hard work.

Racing-Lines Race Team & Katrina Gray Racing attended a slightly different meeting over the weekend, showcasing Kats race car at the Mini National Event at Elvington, a hot couple of days networking, meeting followers and of course the cars.

So Croft Circuit weekends racing is over, and it was a good one. Weather was great, and was with race mates and friends.

Qualifying went well with Kat targeting her Focus cup times as a reference, she managed to better that by 4 seconds. Races 1-2 she settled in at 1.44’s with a 1.43 being her best. With cars in front of her running more powerful engines she was pretty much left racing herself, and although not on the podium, she did receive a trophy for driver of the meeting…A nice surprise.

Thanks to the guys @ ComSport Racing for making sure we were fed. (Will return the favour), and thanks to our mechanic Junior Sanderson for set up & keeping the car on point.

Due to family commitments we miss Pembrey, but will be back at Brands, possibly running one of our TT’s alongside Kats mini.
