Wayne's School of Motoring are now looking for new driving instructors to join the school. As we move into our 5th year we have grown nicely and have a good customer base. We now need manual and automatic instructors to join us on our next journey.

I am currently looking for 2 ADI driving instructors, one manual and one automatic to join our team.

Plus in addition looking to train two new people to become a driving instructor and join the team.

Full time instructors should be looking to earn at least £30,000 to £40,000 a year.

Part time will be around £18,000 to £20,000+

The job:

Teaching students how to drive in Loughton, Harlow, Sawbridgeworth, Waltham Abbey, Chigwell, & surrounding areas.

Driving lessons currently are £27/£28 per hour which will be your hourly rate.

Low franchise fees & weekly training meetings. Six month minimum contract and we may even be able to provide a Zero franchise fee contract.

You will need:

To be patient and self-motivated. Work hard to build a successful business but with the help and support from myself and our in house Business Support Manager.

To apply you must have a full UK licence for three years or more, be 21 and over and ideally no more than three penalty points on your licence.

My background:

I have been an instructor for almost four years now. I started working for a large driving school and during my first year had thirty two (32) passes which is almost three pupils per month passing with an average pass rate of 85%.

I then went on to open and start my own driving school to continue my passion and dedication in helping others to learn to drive safely on our roads plus also to help people that want to change career and even to other qualified instructors that want to still remain self employed but with a bit more help and support.

I have also and still carry out mock driving tests for other driving instructors and driving schools which helps the student and their instructor work on any further areas of development to help them achieve the end goal by way of being independent from both parties.

**** COVID-19 TIER 4 RESTRICTIONS IN Essex/Hertfordshire UPDATE 30/12/2020 ****

Dear Pupils,

The Government has announced an extension to Tier 4 restrictions in England. Unfortunately, Essex, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas remains under Tier 4 for the time being. This means that driving lessons cannot commence still. I hope that the level of restrictions will be reduced following the next review due on the 18th of January 2021. Until then all planned lessons and tests have been suspended. Those of you who have had their driving tests scheduled between now and the 18th of January should shortly receive an email from the DVLA canceling the tests.
As soon as I have any updates, I will be posting here and contacting every one of you directly to arrange for your driving lessons.
