Here’s a recent VW Caddy 1.6 TDI Manual, now fully converted to a 2.0 TDI with DSG Gearbox, Using A Low Mileage VW EOS donor car the factory wiring has been retrofitted into the Caddy, correctly wired and coded allowing the factory immobiliser system etc as it should be.
Completed over 3 days and now avoids the common injector issues that plague the 1.6 engine and although running a DSG gearbox it now has 6 gears instead of the original weak 5 speed gearbox.
We’ve now completed quite a few of these conversions, both manual and dsg, including my own van!

2012 Audi Q7 3.0 TDI

Having Recently Developed A Knocking When Steering, Despite Having The Obvious Trackrods Replaced & Uprated Powerflex Bushes Previously Replaced The Issue Still Remained, Having Covered 150k Miles The Original Steering Rack Was Badly Worn, A Genuine Low Mileage Rack Was Sourced & Fitted, Now Steering Is Silky Smooth As It Should Be.

2014 VW Scirocco 2.0 TDI

Although Having Only Covered Just Over 30k Miles, As It Is Now Approaching 10 Years Old and Still On It’s Original Cambelt.
A Full OEM Cambelt Kit With Electronic Waterpump, New Aux Belt & Tensioner Supplied & Fitted.
Sharing The Same Engine As The Mk7 Golf & Later A3 TDI, A Common Issue Is The Silica Gel Inserts In The Header Tank Rupturing, These Luckily Were Still Intact & Have Been Removed!

2006 Honda Civic

Having Recently Bought The Car As A Cheap Stopgap, A Loud Grumbling Noise Developed, Diagnosed By A Few Garages As Either The Clutch Or Gearbox It Was Clear A Replacement Gearbox Was Required. On Removal It Was Evident The Input Shaft Support Bearing Had Collapsed, Luckily We Found A Good Second Gearbox Cheaply & She Was All Back Up & Running Smoothly.

Although Are Own Personal Car, A Recent Issue Causing A Flashing Coil Light & The Feeling Of Having No Turbo Turned Out To Be A Faulty Turbo Actuator, A Common Yet Usually Costly Fault As Most Garages Would Insist Of Replacing The Complete Turbo, After Finding The Correct Actuator Although Fiddly To Change & Requiring A Setup Procedure Using A Vacuum Gauge & Diagnostics Now Back Up & Running!

Having Owned The Car Since It Was A Few Years Old & Despite Covering Mainly Motorway Mileage A Recent Issue With The Clutch Pedal Sticking To The Floor Causing It To Be Undrivable, We Also Noticed A Broken Front Spring Upon Arrival.
