The only stock length K20 mini in the UK spotted at the Cornish Mini Run Open Car Show. Andy used all our kit to build this and the car looks mega as you can see. Such a sleeper with the Stock length front end until you flip it up!

Taking orders now for D-series 3.1 final drives.

A must need for your VTEC swap mini to cruise comfortably at 70mph on the motorway. This will also reduce torque steer to an extent too since this widens the power band under wide open throttle. Spot on final drive for your Turbo D16 builds also.

This is running my version 2 of the K20 kit. Andy will make progress in the following months and hopefully get the car ready for summer 🌞.

Got Will Smith to help promote our intakes 😜. Few D-series subframes in the build also. One complete kit going to France including engine and looms and other for a D16 Automatic build. Also I've done few intakes in the past too which I didn't post so pics of those are attached here too. The ultra intake went to the US for a Turbo VTEC mini planning to run 400hp which will be a handful I'm sure.

K20 stock length mini update:

After we restored the shell and finished fitting our full Spec-R K20 kit, Andy is now making great progress to drop the car off to paint before the end of the year. He has finished the brake lines, fuel lines, made some adjustments to flip up kit with some locks and now waiting for gearbox L*D and final drive to turn up so he could finish building the gearbox and drop the engine back in.

This thing is going to rip the UK roads soon! 🏎️💨

Exhaust manifold for Andys' in shop K20 swap stock length front end Mini. This was my first ever try at making an exhaust manifold and started on difficulty mode set to max because this one is an equal length runner design so should sound really nice. Underestimated the time it takes for these things but learned a lot and lost track of time I spent on this so it's a labour of love piece and won't do one again 🙈🙃. Shame when it gets fitted to the mini no one will see it properly. 48mm primaries, 43mm secondaries 64mm (2.5") V band exit.
Next up to get it coated in high temp paint then wrap it in exhaust wrap to keep the bulkhead area from melting down because this thing will get hot 🥵🔥
