🚨 WE’RE HIRING | SERVICE ADVISOR 🚨

We are looking for an experienced, professional and client-focused Service Advisor to join our team at RPM Technik in Tring, Hertfordshire!

As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our Workshop, working closely with our Service Manager, Technicians, Parts Manager and Front-of-House teams to deliver the outstanding client experience RPM Technik is known for.

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Experienced in an automotive Service Advisor role
✔️ Friendly, confident and professional
✔️ Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
✔️ A strong communicator with a proactive, client-focused approach
✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively as part of a team
✔️ Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service

Knowledge of the Porsche brand and models is desirable, but not essential. Experience using Dragon2000 DMS or a similar dealer management system would also be beneficial.

You’ll be responsible for preparing estimates, managing client bookings, supporting vehicle health checks, welcoming clients, assisting with invoicing and administration, and working closely with the workshop team to ensure a smooth and efficient client journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently working in a main dealership service role who is looking to join an energetic, supportive and forward-thinking independent Porsche specialist, with the opportunity to develop their career within a highly respected business.
